SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, please allow for an additional 3-7 business days for shipping depending on your location.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping in Kenya is free. Customers have the option to select their preferred shipping method during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders maybe be subject to custom fees, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Please note that returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
RETURN PROCESS

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we shall process your refund or exchange within 2-3 business days. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We shall arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a refund if preferred.
